    Continuing after the events of the Seven Mortal Sins anime, Maria has been kidnapped by a group of supernatural beings separate from both Heaven and Hell, calling themselves "The Third Faction." The faction has decided to pit Lucifer and her Seven Mortal Sins against Michael and her Seven Heavenly Virtues, with Maria as the prize for whoever can acquire all the keys being held by different Rulers within "Limbo Park."
