@ybbaaabby: Ah, you're right. I was under a misconception of what a "stuff pack" and what their larger DLCs were. That said, we have had 7 full quick-looks of The Sims 4. That's quite a bit. Far more so than any other game on the site, in fact. And ontop of the 13 Deadly Sims feature (which was great), we also had a 2-3 part "Specialtacular", your playdate and it's been played quite a bit on Extra Life.

I think it's fair to say that there's been a fair bit of it, and judging by this comment section, I'm not alone in that impression.

Now, I completely agree with you that ya'll should be playing games that you genuinely enjoy. That always remains the very best type of content, and again, it's great that you love this series so much.

I actually didn't know that you were the one who came up with the ideas for Mass Alex, Fright or Shite, etc. Kudos for that. Those are some of my very favourite series on the site.

But I do think you're misunderstanding me here by going out of your way to mention those accomplishments. I'm not complaining about you at all. There's just been too much of The Sims for me personally, and that's all I was trying to say with that former comment.

As for your reassurance that this doesn't replace any other content, I really do hope that's the case; it's been my impression that ya'll tend to run a pair of shows simultaneously at the most. And there tends to be a, sometimes considerable, lull between one feature ending and another beginning. Hence my initial disappointment.

But I hope this show ends up being a hit, and Imma' still give it a shot and try to have fun with it going forwards.

Might I remind y'all about the Hitman vids, the PUBG vids, mario maker vids, contra vids, and so on, and so on, and so on...

The best part of GB is when folks play to their strengths. For example: Vinny bringing us great FMVs! I like that Abby's doing something she enjoys doing - I'm getting a chance to learn about a whole subculture of gaming I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

So hey, @ybbaaabby, keep up the fabulous work.

I also want to chime in on the video quality, it's super sharp! Keep up the great content.

I really enjoyed this episode! I hope Abby will be able to keep the challenge going to its conclusion. Looking forward to how chaotic the house will be when it's full of toddlers and children. The only thing I miss compared to 13 Deadly Sims is having the others react to ridiculous Sim antics, but I think Abby did a great job with a solo stream.

I love that I can live vicariously through Abby when it comes to the Sims. It's always a series I have a distant interest in but don't want to put in the time and dedication needed to like really get something out of it, so it's really fun to see Abby go wild with it, since I get to see the stuff I wanna and not have to put in that actual investment into the game itself. Win Win I say. Also this feature is rad!

More Sims content please. Or just more content of whatever the people making the content are interested in. But especially if that's Sims.

I have like 15 more in the chamber ready to go for this feature, as does Abby's sim, and that one wasn't even planned, much like parenthood madness I expect going forward.

"I just want him to come....over" Some of the earnest-saves in this had me laughing pretty hard, which speaks volumes about a one-person show, great job. Abby you're the bomb. A cluster bomb full o' Simbys.

@meissnerd: I don’t think that Vinny continuing a game they last played 100 years ago counts..but man those Mario maker days were some dark times if you weren’t into that content..

I’m just curious why the choice of no co-pilot? I get it when Vinny streams from home but seems like a missed chance for some good old fashioned banter when you’re in the office.

Other than that, awesome stream, I've been pining for more Sims stuff
and getting Abby solo, which is very rare, is also a treat.
Now that the Sims is part of Waypoint as well via Gita, it's finally a good time for us Sims fans.

ABBY THANK U, this is the best possible GB content right here. i am also in the beginning/middle of doing the 100 baby challenge and shit gets crazy. i happened to also buy the Parenthood game pack with the latest origin sale, which made everything seem a lot more high stakes since its pretty easy to just fuck up a kid’s whole childhood. also i keep having kids with the kleptomaniac trait for some reason so i end up with hella stolen goods?? it’s the family legacy now.

i am so so looking forward to this feature and i appreciate u doing what u love!!!

@cherryberry: For anyone who's thrilled at the prospect of more Sims content, this'll probably be a blast.

What I said is that it's too much of it for me personally. That does not exclude anyone, who does like it, in any way. Heck, I've enjoyed the Sims content myself, I'd just like some more variety at this point. Again, emphasis on the word 'personally'.

And despite said personal reservations, I also said I hope this series turns out great and that Imma' give it a fair shot going forwards.

@humanity: Even if you don't count the Bladerunner one, I can still think of more. PUBG was pretty constant when it first came out, for example. We saw an uptick in strategy game coverage when Austin was here.

also just wanted to say I like the Sims content and also there are plenty more single games or series that have a lot more hours of content to them so....seems like a non issue? I have a few features that don't do it for me and I simply don't watch them. There is plenty of other stuff on the site!
