I don't know exactly why BurgerTime games (and spinoffs? What would you call Heavy Burger, anyway?) keep coming out, but I am Be. Hind. It.

I really don't get, from looking at it, why BurgerTime Party is eliciting the reactions of revulsion from @jeff that it does. It just looks like multiplayer BurgerTime with Cuphead wannabe art... Even if you hate the art it still looks like it just plays like BurgerTime with more players. It's not like Super BurgerTime where they changed the way it plays. I wish he'd have elaborated other than "this is bad".

I remember seeing that Bad Apple video show up on my fucking local news station as "a hot new video sweeping the internet" because the newscaster saw it and thought it was neat. it's a really great and well-edited video especially considering it's many years old and I'm always amused at all the places it keeps popping back up in.

@rorieHey, not sure on the intentions of the t-shirt designer, but the text (ドフマー) seems like a typo of ドラマ.

The current text is meaningless, I think, whereas ドラマ means Drama.

But maybe it's just referring to something I am unaware of.

It's really baffling Jeff specifically hadn't heard of Bad Apple before. It's been converted to as many systems and platforms as it can be, just like Doom has been. It's on oscilloscopes, game boys, calculators, intellivision, whatever you can imagine. The song is originally from the bullet hell video game series Touhou. But the video is a fan made music video to a fan made cover of the song.

Are fidget spinners hot right now? I saw a rap battle and someone got called a fidget spinners. Literally 2 days ago.

@maitom: As a huge fan of both the actual touhou games (fuck all the dumbass spinoffs) who played em a ton up untill my windows pc crashed (which was around touhou 11) and weird things being ported to older systems I have never heard or seen this either :')....

@kmfrob: The Japanese wiki page (by way of Google) tells me that what you wrote along with the fourth character is actually "drummer," which of course checks out for Alex . But you're right that they seemed to screw up the second character, which is a shame.

God, that Valfaris game looked SOOOOOOO good, I'm going to have to check that out.

I accidentally watched Bad Apple, not knowing what it was.

YouTube then served me nothing but anime bullshit for a solid week afterwards.

As much as I like UPF I can never bring myself to sit through the fighting game sections. It's the one thing I consistently skip through.

Sorry yeah drummer is what it should be. As your man said, it just looks like a printing error because the image on the twitter screenshot above is correct.

I'm so happy to see some SFIV on the stream. Always an absolute delight. Big fan of those Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 animations as well. Plus Valfaris is a delight, they really nailed their whole aesthetic.

And Bad Apple? What a show.
