I honestly didn't think they could pull off Resident Evil in VR. Apparently they did. I'm glad because VR seems a bit of a let down in general so far for me. As for the jump scares, I'm one of those people that automatically lashes out, not in a malicious way, it just happens heh. I'd probably have to play it in a padded cell or something. I remember something made me jump while playing Oblivion of all things and my mouse hand accidentally smashed into my PC tower. It was one of those twitches you just can't stop in time. :D

Hello 8-4 crew. I'm here to tell you for the third time (!) that the left audio channel in your podcast has some noise/interference in it. I've made this wav file to illustrate this. It's a very short bit from the episode wherein the left and right channel of the same moment play one after another a couple of times to illustrate that there's some weird electronic interference or something that plays only on the left channel.

Here is the sample (from 1:16:53).

Just a small correction: In the start of Resident Evil 7 section, Sarah says mistakenly that that A Machine for Pigs (AMFP) was made whoever acquired Frictional Games. Close but not quite.

Frictional Games, who made Amnesia: Dark Descent and SOMA are still independent, and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs was developed by Chinese Room (of Dear Esther -fame) and were published by Frictional.
