I kinda hate horror games but I really hope that Neverending Nightmares gonna be funded... I feel like the concept alone deserves it.

Who is this Gerztman guy ruining the podcast?!

I actually thought Neverending Nightmares was already funding seeing how I've personally seen so much of it. Its artstyle is definitely very distinctive to grab your attention. I am very surprised though when these websites reporting on KS's reach millions of people but so few are successful. RPS, Joystiq, GB and so many others (including PewDiePie who has 13.5 million subs) have all shown this game off in some way yet it still has over 40% of its funding to go. I hope the game is able to meet its goal of 99K but that would mean a serious jump in backers as it's currently at $54K and using Kicktraq, it'll finish well short of its goal.

They should get Jeff on this more regularly.

@jonkrag: Yes, it's automated with Hangouts. I've been doing it a lot with friends on a weekly basis and it's pretty neat.

Jeff was pretty spot on about the Steam OS.

This intro song sounds like something that need video of Scoops on the streets of Chicago and The Wolf on the streets of NY. One of those quick videos that shows them walking around really fast, probably in black & white, and skipping scenes, and then sit down and start the show and fade-in the color.

Morning Jeff sounds tired but he's still Jeff. :P Also Alex is right, Jeff reviewed GTA III. Worth checking out the video review to see Jeff's bleached hair.

Gotta say... as much as I love Jeff, him usually not being on A.M. is for the better. He completely dominated that conversation. Felt almost more like a Jar Time with moderators.

That said, I really liked the show. I'm always into Giantbomb going full on srs bsns game discussion.

I don't like how this started... we just got pitched a game on kick-starter... and told we should 'check it out'. Oh well... don't care about 90% of Kick-Starter games. Wonder if they hit the goal after this.

Guests on Monday would be great considering the slow news weekend! Makes for some really interesting talks about the industry.

I just realized a funny coincidence. The legendary Persona 4 art by @supernormalstep featured wallpaper where Alex was under the Moon arcana. A-woo. I like this feature but I don't even know what it is anymore. Video interview dumptruck questions with a jar as a morning news podcast. My brain meats can only handle so much nuance. I think GB and RPS (and Joystiq?) will have greater yield in terms of backers, as I suspect Pewdiepie's subscribers are likely in younger age group. And as such unlikely to have the income or just maturity to use something like Kickstarter.

What annoys me is when people consume tons of gameplay hours, like a full Let's Play, but somehow can't even be bothered to help Greenlight a game. Though I guess it is same thing, that the audience of these videos just aren't mature enough to understand how much it means to the developers. I guess that is just one of the reasons Greenlight have so far been a bit of failure.
