@warren2007: Tiny Toons was a cartoon on FOX afternoons, think of it as looney toons the next generation, but more similar to a pup named scooby doo, flintstone kids, or muppet babies.

Man, I played this game so much when I was a kid. I was horrible at it, because I was too young and it was pretty hard.

Never played this, but I had Babs' Big Break for the Game Boy growing up. I used to play the shit out of that game.

That Elmyra/Elmer Fudd connection blew my mind.

@ataxia: He was thinking more Breakfast in Bed instead of Bed and Breakfast, so he rolled with it. Pretty sure Rorie told him he should change the name on a UPF also lol.

Although a fine explanation, I suspect Warren who I'm speculating was born in 2007, might respond, what the fuck is a Flintstone! :)

man, what a bullshit game. Good show though Ben, not much you could have done against what it threw at you though. Also it was great having Jan on the cam chillin' out as well! Lost it near the hr mark.

@warren2007: IIRC, Tiny Toons captured the feel of old Warner Brothers flicks quite well. Think of it as a predecessor to Animaniacs, literally. (They discontinued Tiny Toons to focus on Animaniacs.)

Dude I had this game. It was a present from my half-sister. I remember when I first got it, I thought it was crap, and definitely too hard. I eventually just kept playing it out of boredom, and became godlike at it. I was basically speedrunning it on the hardest difficulty by the end. I really came to appreciate it's weirdness.

You can block blue shells with that magic speaker box. I also discovered the fire plant will eat the squid before it inks you, that one surprised me!

Both have saved my ass.

The only thing better than the SNES Konami pause sound is the NES Konami pause sound. When it came to pause sounds Konami had that shit on lock.

I appreciate Tiny Toons for introducing me to They Might Be Giant with the Particle Man and Istanbul music videos, but I was definitely more a fan of Animaniacs and Freakazoid.

Freakazoid is quite a surreal show. Upon revisiting it as an adult, parts of it felt very dated, but I still really enjoyed its sense of humor. As a kid, I was probably more into the wacky antics and silly voices, but the writing is more sharp than I remembered, even subtle at times.

This is a nice surprise for Breakfast 'N' Ben! Hopefully Ben just got a Sausage McGriddle from McDonalds because those are the best McGriddles! Basically Pigs in a Blanket in Sandwich form without the nappy folded egg in certain McD's sandwiches.

Also maybe my memory on TIny Toons is week, but I thought that show was pretty tame when compared to stuff like Animaniacs doing more not so subtle stuff in kids shows.

When I was a kid, this game rounded out my top three alongside Super Mario World and Super Metroid. Fun fact: this game cost $70 in 1992 dollars when it first came out. It was also arguably the best-looking game on the SNES at that time.

I had Tiny Toons: Busters Hidden Treasure on the Mega Drive, and that game had FANTASTIC music.

Seems like the music in this is also pretty great.
