Ihop has a really good philly cheese steak. We used to always end up there at 3 am in salt lake after the bars and one day out of the blue I got the philly cheese steak and it was super good.

As a longtime GB fan I can say with some authority that none of us want content at the expense of the staff's wellbeing. If the vlog is fun then do it but if you need to edit it next week or scale it back or abandon it to get more sleep then you should do that without hesitation or any regrets. It's really fun to watch but not if it's making it harder for you to enjoy your time there.

Abby I swear these vlog are my favorite thing about e3 this year.

I'm just curious what color the steaks are that you eat? Isn't cooked meat usually grey?

Yes and no.

The steaks don't look great, but as Dan said, it seems to be price over quality. No one is going into the iHop expecting 'good' steak.

The issue, as someone not from America, is that the steaks haven't been rested properly (hence the blood and colour), there seems to be no seasoning (personal preference I guess), and the quality of the meat.

They are oddly thin, leading to a total grey colour, and the fact that they need to be medium rare to be tasty shows the lack of quality.

Kinda wish the empty days between press conferences could have been used to record videos of playing competitive games with eachother. But I'm sure people had appointments and needed breaks in between.

Those were some sad looking steaks, I don't know if Dan just really hates the idea of being a "fancy" person but how can you want to pay money to have that steak served to you...

Steak should have a nice brown crust on the outside, with a pink/red inside, depending on personal preference.

And yea, as a general rule steak should be rested for as long as it was cooked for.

Abby's got such a solid vibe. Would be amazing if she was on the west coast bombcast.
