I'm just glad there is an ER episode today. I was sure that GDC was going to consume all their time and I won't see another one until Monday. Just be patient, it will be up eventually.

These'll work.

They probably just get the video and upload it to the server.
Then, the server has a encoding script that encodes the video in the three (low, med, high) formats and prepares them for flash viwage (.flv).

Just like YouTube. You guys never uploaded a video to youtube, where you can already see the page of the video, but the video is still processing?

I'm pretty sure that's what happen.....

The real comedy here was Vinny & Jeff trying to skirt around commenting about Kanji's 'hinted' dilemma until the midnight channel made it quite unavoidable! Classic.
The Chie/Yosuke chase sequence was simply hilarious too, please don't stop!

I hope that there's a longer episode  tommorow! If this was short and late just to hear Kojima bleet on about himself (as per usual) at GDC then that's seriously not what your visitors want! More ER!  How about some input from Drew(?) He's obviously watching all these with you RT too! Share the experience!
