Alex rocking out at 20:47 is the coolest Giant Bomb moment in the last few years. GBEast continues to put out amazing content.

This is the first time I have seen any DOOM gameplay. Wow it looks amazing. I am surprised that games could even look this good.

Love Giant Bomb, but WOW it has the slowest darned servers ever. A video often takes ages to play, meanwhile anything I stream ANYwhere else loads almost instantly. And I mean videos of equivalent length.

Fun stream. Austin's Galak-Z reminded me how much I wanted to like that game based on the action and style, but hated the way they structured the gameplay and levels. Interested to see if the expansion helps with any of that.

Those new mikes are fantastic.

Galak-Z had some frustrating moments for me but when I got into that groove it was really really fun. Looking forward to trying this DLC.

Can somebody explain that "did you see that wolf"-joke to me?

Is it me, or is the aiming weird in this game? It's like if he is a centimeter off from the reticle, he misses. I know that's how it works in a real life, but in DOOM, you need some wiggle room when there are hordes of Mars demons ripping your face off.

@kishinfoulux: yeah I'm really surprised that they don't have a better GPU. I'm also curious are the guys on the West Coast still using the Oculus provided PC for Quicklooks? I've never noticed whether the video guys on either coast are all about the latest and greatest for the PCs they use for Quicklooks and streams.

Those Hearthstone games were great fun to watch, good stuff @alex.

I love this. I wish there could be something similar every Friday. GBE has really hit their stride and I look forward to their stuff more than any other GB content in a while.

I would go check out the Playdate: Far Cry 2 where Vinny discusses some of the marketing for Far Cry Primal with streamers reacting to parts of the game. At least that's what I think they're referencing.

Man I really liked Galak-Z (still haven't beaten though, that shit is HARD), but I thought it was kinda crappy with what they did with Season 5. Basically instead of releasing a true continuation of the story in the base game, they put out this Endless mode (Jake Kazdal gives a little more insight in this Steam forum post). I don't think they should have promised free DLC if they weren't sure they could deliver on it. Or they should've waited to release until they had it finished. I know there are realities to game development and all, from the sounds of it 17-bit is having some financial troubles, but this just feels like a bummer way to put a cap on what is really a neat little indie game. The little digs/attempts at humor in this DLC intro kind of just rub salt in the wounds.

If @vinny hasn't finished Hearts of Stone, I hope he picks up the really good sword in the final "test" in that is off to the side (which makes 2 dope swords you get from that quest.)

Also I really hope they do a video on the next expansion, because it seems much more significant than the last (it has a new landmass unlike the first)...and I really like The Witcher 3.

i am an absolute manchild who can't watch non-pros play hearthstone now, just because i spend so much time watching pros play it. and i HATE this fact because i'd love to watch you guys play hearthstone. does anybody else feel this? p.s. i am an idiot for being this way, want that to be clear
