The way vinny finished this video is how I finish every session of that game... it's so easy to just do one more thing in that world!

VInny is a funny and nice guy. And I really like Alex's jazz song called "Orcs".

This game seems really unremarkable to me. It looks stupid.

I normally love GBeast content, but Vinny learning to play this game bored me to tears.

So the recording looks a lot better than when it was streaming. So the video quality is somehow affected by the actual streaming of it.

This is the most HD shit I've ever seen. Shit is HD as fuck.

re: dodging.

You don't have to mash it. The (A) dodge just rolls the direction you're looking. If you're looking at the monster, you roll into it and get hit. It's only (Y) for parry that magically auto blocks from whatever direction.

So, by "turning everything up to ultra," does that mean they were downsampling from 4K? I'm pretty sure the resolution settings in this isn't very clear and is listed in percentages.

What is such a bummer about the opening? Seems like it sets shit up fairly well.

The great thing about the combat in this game is that almost everything is cancel-able. You're not locked into animations. You can bust out those executions, dodges, parries, etc, whenever and it happens right away.

Oh ok, that makes sense. I thought he mean't from a gameplay or storytelling perspective.

@gabriel: Trust me, you meet some real tough situations. The moment you're fighting multiple captains, especially leveled up ones with very little weaknesses, it becomes signficiantly harder without proper planning.

Guys. All those orc assaults and orc hitmen. It's orcanized crime.

This game is a lot of fun. Too bad it looks way worse then this on my old PC. I am glad to see they are playing some good games on the new PC.

Someone in the Chat mentioned how cool a Highlander game with the nemesis mechanic would be ... and now I'm obsessed with that.

I hope Vinny gets brought into doing some AC Unity stuff too.

Also I don't even need a sequel just remake RDR with the nemesis system NOW! (and find clever ways to rope it into the bounties and the online free roam)

In the context of all of the gender representation arguments that have been going on in the community it's pretty weird to me how no one dinged this game for it. That beginning was pretty trash in my opinion.

@spraynardtatum: Why did you think it was trash? It introduces the characters and mechanics at the same time, then murders them to give your character some motivation to murder hundreds of orcs and throws right into the game. Looked about as good as you could hope from a game like this.

So much misinformation from Alex. He's good at saying what's about to happen in the story, though.

I'm not a big fan of it when they introduce your loving wife and then kill her off immediately. Seems like a missed opportunity. Why should I care about her when they don't do anything to develop her?

There's just a sadistic and pretty disgusting tone to this game overall. I'm not thrilled with the themes altogether.

Okay, it's finally time to get a PS4 I guess, since this seems like just the game I'd want to play for hours on end.

Also I love that these streams are still used for "testing" their setup.
