Deep fried tempura battered cheese curds from some home made stand by a gas station in the middle of nowhere are the best kind of cheese curds.

Mozzarella sticks, while delicious, have nothing on these things.

It's crazy how regional beer is these days. I immediately assume the person listing those "good" Wisconsin beers is from the Madison area and get annoyed that they didn't mention any Milwaukee beers. >_>
