@brad the network stuff for P4G is only available while connected to the internet and with the network settings turned on. it does not cache the choices.

Sounds like Jeff has disconnected himself from Japanese video games as a whole. What is the last Japanese game he was truly appreciated?

Lol Funky Barn was probably nearly 6 years in the making, originally planned for the wii/ds, and was called Farm Friends :P ...a clusterfuck of mismanagement and too many Designers...

Got married and took care of some personal business.. outside of that hasn't been gone that much, outside of a jumpstart on the Thanksgiving vacation.

Did Ryan say "Gay" at the end of the podcast? I think that is the first time I've ever heard that word on a bombcast.

It might seem like no one's bothering to tell new stories, but Microsoft's actually trying to bring all their games into the Marvel movie model: individual releases that all connect to each other, with one big one that brings everyone together. Tuned in for "The Walking Dead" chat, came away disappointed. A misrepresentation in the intro-blurb to say this podcast has "The Walking Dead" chat; nothing substantiative to be found.

Bombcast complaining about the AC3 difficulty is amusing. Eavesdropping missions are super easy. I'm having a fucking blast!

Also Uplay on PC has been around for more then a year now, jeez.

It was Vinny, not the bombcast. Ryan even said he had no issues with it if I remember correctly. I don't think there's anything hilarious about Vinny having difficulty with a mission type.

It was Vinny, not the bombcast. Ryan even said he had no issues with it if I remember correctly. I don't think there's anything hilarious about Vinny having difficulty with a mission type.

Considering the mission type is extremely easy, the continued incompetency of the crew with basic game mechanics can either be sad or funny. I choose funny. So that the bombcast is entertaining to listen to rather then annoying.

But these are veteran game coverage paid professionals.

And it's not about simply video game skills but in many cases simple logical processes. Observable over a multitude of their games coverage.

I've been with the site since the beginning and there has been exactly one instance where I was even somewhat bothered by those issues. It was Brad failing to notice the grip meter during the SotC HD quicklook. Other than that, I haven't cared. It's not why I come to this site. I actually enjoy seeing them make mistakes and going blind into new games, in most cases.

More like the funky barncast

Before patch that last chase-sequence in AC3 was atrocious, the game made you lose momentum and then lead you in the wrong direction.
