It's been 10 days or so since I watched this the first time and I am still astounded by how much I love Brads interpretation of Modern Love. It's so fucking good. It sounds nothing like Bowies version, but somehow it has a ton of emotion.

Also, not having heard Man in the Box before, I think Vinny would have been the better singer for Alice in Chains. He sounds like a drunk pissed off Eddie Veder.

Certainly possible, but I think it's mostly a bit. He even drops it for a little while and gets more melodic in the second song.

Oh my god, this was fucking fantastic. I was dying for Dan's and Vinny's songs. Drew's reactions to everything, but Dan in particular, were PHENOMENAL. He was on fire this video. Alex is still stellar at drums. Brad's singing chops are well documented at this point, but still always manages to surprise me.

Makes me wish this video had been one of the long ones, instead of some of the others we got. But maybe it'd be too much of a good thing then.

You know how British singers sometimes put the R's in to sound more American? It's like Dan took that technique to heart and decided to make his already strong R's THE ONLY THING YOU CAN HEAR. True art.

My dog's reaction to Vinnie's screaming/dying was priceless.

Forgot I hadn't watched this yet. I didn't know they got the Bequest protagonist over for the first two songs.

Alex's drum stream made me want to watch this one again and Vinny's amazing Man in the Box still has me in tears. Just amazing.
