Quick Look: ISLANDERS

As a Penguins fan trying to avoid hockey news... oof.

I see a series of islands, Ben. That IS, in fact, an archipelago.

This reminds me a LOT of Reus. While they might not look too similar they share the same chill vibe and the same core mechanics of putting this thing next to that thing to get bonuses etc.

My thoughts exactly. And much like with Reus, ISLANDERS has enough hidden depth that I'm staying super into it. Y'all out there should play both!

This game is great!

I picked this game up the other day. Really chill little thing to mess with while watching a video or whatever. For $5 it's totally worth it. I don't really strategize, I just kinda place stuff and make my little towns until I lose. Good times, noodle salad.

I also really appreciate the little video the dev made that you can see on the Steam store. They are straight up about what the game is (and what it isn't). It's what sold me on the game. I probably won't play a ton of it, but it's there for when I want to mess with something low-stress.

It's a shame they couldn't get Island Boy in on this video.

This game is basically Godus without people, don't support kickstarters kids.
