Drew's reactions to the game are the best. Also I love being able to follow along and watch the game being played versus me playing them for the first time, game looks hella frustrating to control/play

Peace Walker is fantastic other than the fifth chapter. That game literally implodes in on itself from a gameplay perspective. SOOOOOOOOOOO annoying.

Wow, beating Raven first time using real world Drew tactics was awesome and unexpected. This series is fantastic. Really should be getting Brad and Jeff in on a few of these as well.

Though I really thought Drew would be better at choking guys out ...

I am impressed that Drew was able to one trick pony Raven mk.1. That fight took me 6+ tries because of getting run over by the tank.

Dan is simultaneously crafting this loving video tribute to his favorite game franchise, while at the same time showing why it's a pretty terrible game. This episode and the last have been near unwatchable, but I still love it. I can't believe I liked this game when it came out, and I hope this series goes on for a long time.

If you want to lower the input lag, turn off upscaling in the System Menu. This will make your Directional Buttons feel more responsive.

Sure - the real shame is that there isn't a dang playlist feature already, or better sorting. A few years back the old video player had an HTML5 option which let you setup a playlist, but it was somewhat glitchy. At any rate, there is a tradition of providing links once the bulk of the comments have died down (so the links don't get buried) dating back to the Endurance Runs. I haven't gotten into the MGS2 playthrough yet though!

As for the search - if you can't find them easily by sorting on the category pull down, one option is too just search for the game's wiki page (e.g. MGS1) and click on videos (you probably know this, but just in case). It's easier to find the game pages and you will only see those videos.

I re subscribed for this. I played mgs on my psp but I've always wanted to play the whole series. I hope they go through the whole thing so I can pick up mgs 5 and not be confused

Like Drew I've never played or understood Metal Gear so this series is very enlightening.
