Haha they more or less skipped everything except the adult swim acid-like game.

I feel the bit is kinda lame and defeats the actual point of the feature. You're already skipping all the cruft of the actual showcase, so at least watching the trailers just seems like the bare minimum to be informed.

I never would have thought that something like We Talk Over had a legacy to uphold, but this video proves there is and this didn't.

There's a lot of folks who have to be vocal about hating the skip, so I'm just going to make sure that there's some balance here because I thought it was hilarious

This has gotta be one of the weirdest fucking ideas for a video feature for GB. People want to watch yall watch a trailer, not whine over skipping one. Just bizarre.

Funny idea for a rewatch. Might be better if there was like two more people + site chat getting a vote? Hopefully bring in a couple different viewpoints so the games getting skipped (4 of 7 in that) case) are likely "worth" skipping.

The problem with this format is that it's heavily weighted on the quality of the beginning of the trailer. The First Descendant had cinematics to start, which I guess is why it was skipped, though I'm not quite sure since no one gave a reason -- another issue with this format. But I think the game actually looks good from what I've seen at least.

But to answer JERF's question, "The Morpheus chip" was from an ONL trailer in 2021 for a game called SYNCED.
