As much watching these guys get rudimentary orbital mechanics tragically wrong could be irksome, I think that the series as a whole was a shitload of fun. Hopefully they get the itch again and we get to see them travel to Duna or the like.

Scott manley definately isnt the best KSP player. Not even close. There are people out there with a lot less education then he has , who aren't in a career based on astrophysics that do much more impressive stuff in KSP.

@mcblemmen: I enjoyed the astrophysics knowledge and history knowledge that Scott added. It was great he works close by so he could just pop over on his lunch break. I've been learning from Scotts videos and I thought he did a great job with the group. It was really fun to watch this.

I'm not saying Scott is the best Kerbal player, just that I enjoyed what he brought to the show.

For season 2 you should see if Scott Manley would send you a save file with a rescue mission of his own.

If you guys ever do Season 2, You should land and establish a colony on another planet [Probably Duna]. Get all the Kerbals OFF KERBIN...dead or alive.

Really though, once you get to the other planetary stuff this game is another level of crazy, all of them presenting their own very tricky challenges. Plus tons of moons of their own..... When I last played seriously that was about as far as I got, repeatedly crashing Kerbals into Duna. I once got one there alive, in a crashed ship, with no hope of rescue [at the time I didn't understand how to land there effectively, this was well over a year ago]. I am going to give it another go :)

Whenever Scott says he has a cunning plan i think of this.

@mcblemmen: Don't think anyone said that Scott was the best. Also, his career isn't based in astrophysics, although it started there. I believe he works for a software company of some sort at the moment.

I would say i'm a fan of less editing, kerbal does have a good amount of downtime but you guys usually fill it with interesting or funny conversations something I am very much a fan of.

Great way to cap off S1 of Project B.E.A.S.T, its been one hell of a ride.

I came to GB just as this finished. Been looking forward to this one so much.
