I suck at fighting games...only played Persona on the PS3 and only about 5% of it. I foo-foo'ed this game when I first saw it...this quick look really makes me wast to get it for some reason.

Hnn...not a big fan of Quick Look EXs and the inevitable leash it kind of puts on the guys' commentary. They always feel awkward to me. But as far as talking heads go, Aram isn't too bad; he's certainly more laid-back and willing to joke around a bit more. This is probably the only Quick Look EX I've enjoyed since that Sam & Max one with the Telltale folks. Still, if we get a QL of P4 Golden, I'm kinda holding out hope we'll get exclusively team VJ.

Also, I actually like Chie's new voice a lot. Maybe even better than the original! Bummer about Teddie, though...and Charlie talking is craaazy. And lmao, I like how acutely aware Atlus is of his existence.

Not a fan of fighting games, even if I've always enjoyed Arc System's visual style. And I looooooove them balls P4. Still saving up for P4 Golden right now, but I might pick this up after a price drop.

Holy fuck Chie's room is incredible.

Barely played fighting games in about a year, been working through a huge backlog, barely realized this game was coming out til a couple weeks ago.....and now it might be a day one purchase. Fuck. Better finish as many other games as I can in the next few days.

you know i think i'll pick this up it looks cool and it has aigis from p3 and naoto so that's definitely worth it to me just to see that cat fight :D just like this quick look.

Wow, this PR guy seemed like a genuinely good person. Really enjoyed listening to him talk about the good and the bad and just being completely honest. I almost want to buy the game just to support cool people.

So every day for the past year it seems there is always a post in the forums about this game. THIS GAME? Seriously? It looks, and probably plays fine but i just dont understand the obsession with what looks like another fighting game.

I always feel it's a loss and a gain when we get an QL EX, we learn more about the game but on the other hand the videos always take a more business like turn which is less conducive to the crazy GB gapes we all love.

I almost want to pay money for this. But then I remember that I suck at fighting games and don't especially feel like spending cash money on games after the steam summer sale. Hmmm. Maybe later.

It's funny to see how a "normal" quicklook garners what, maybe 80 comments on the first day, but anything even remotely Persona 4 related instantly explodes. I love you guys.

I think i'm going to watch the Persona 4 ER. Again.

Aran did a great job with this quicklook by the way, the game looks stunning!

While Chie's voice definitely sounds different, Teddie was actually better than I thought he'd be. Granted, the only bits with him were in fight, so voices are slightly obscured, but oh well. Definitely looks good.

I love the silly anime face Chie makes when she falls down.

As much as I'm excited by the mere fact that it's a Persona fighter (which is amazing that such a thing exists in and of itself) I'm just as hyped for it as a fighting game. It's shaping up to be a fantastic fighter, I'm more excited to delve deep into this game than any fighter I've played in the last several years.

It would be amazing if they did an endurance run of this. Especially for someone like me who would love to see how the story plays out but isn't interested in fighting games. Awesome quick look gentlemen!

My statement was too quick and non-encompassing. You are right, and the guys talked about it in the vid. Some people are def looking forward to this as a fighting game regardless.

I really wish I could play this on the 7th. Very excited about story mode.

I really love the presentation of this game, from the UI to the stage backgrounds it looks fantastic. Mght pick this up once I finish watching the Endurance Run, I like the idea of only using quarter-circles + buttons.

Looks awesome. Kind of sucks that we have to wait another month for it the UK. I would of have imported the game if it wasn't for the region lock. Done that with Catherine which was out in the UK 9 months later

I'm def. interested in it purely from a fighting game perspective. No interest in persona. Maybe I will acquire some after this though.
