Very cool that Austin showed this off. This game is very interesting. Since I found it, it has really stuck with me.

@howlingtechie: A TON of new scenes. The iOS version is the one to get though, because it has those plus it's a lot easier to navigate around.

This game is my favorite game of all time, but I have only ever became king once. None of the lore stuff will make any sense, the only way I got through the vision quests were memorization and a wiki.

One of the best games ever made. ios version is boss!

It is on IOS and, I would assuming Android because I own a version of this on my kindle..so if its on that curated store its pretty much available to anyone.

But hey if all you can get is the PC version, its still worth the purchase.

So glad to see someone else cover it. I still remember seeing the LPed on youtube way way back when (before it was re-released and available for purchase anyhow) and being amazed/saddened I'd never heard of it. I'm so glad this got more attention.

Wow, this game looks amazing! Anyone know if there are any reasons to get the GoG version or the Steam version?

I love this game, but that PC port is borked.

I recommend the IOS version or the original GOG PC version.

@robopengy: If you have an iPhone/iPad, I'd just pick up the iOS version. It's a great game for whittling away a couple minutes, and doesn't have any F2P BS in it.

Oh, and before I forget, the same studio that made KoDP is working on a sequel. Same world, same basic gameplay, although they've kept mum on whether it's a direct sequel or a completely different story. They're a year into development and hoping to release it sometime around 2016-7.

Perhaps Vinny's Duckist inclinations may come from being traumatized by seeing the Howard the Duck movie at a young age. Or maybe he blamed all waterfowl after being attacked by Geese at some point. Because Geese are Jerks.
