Quick Look: Perspective

Oh shit the ending totally got me, that was a great little romp. well worth 5 or 10 bucks, free it's just a no brainer.

Play this, seriously should only take you 20 minutes or so and it ramps up in a really fun way. great last level.

Is this still Quake 3 engine?

This came out on PC for free a couple of months ago. It's quite challenging and it has a funny ending.

I must be good at spatial awareness puzzles, every time they quicklook a game like this I end up yelling things like "go over there and look that way" or "why would they put that wall/pillar there if you're not supposed to use it?"

Pretty clever looking game.

Jeff nailed it right away that this would be better as a 2 player simultaneous game.

It was painful watching Patrick trying to figure out some of those easier puzzles though. I felt like Jeff saw the solution almost right away and had to slowly coax Patrick into the right positions without being an ass about it.

I stopped this after 2 minutes to download it, looks amazing!

The carpet in the fake arcade is AMAZING! I'm pretty sure my local discount cinemas has the exact same pattern!!

So, getting snapped up by Valve soon, I imagine?

I think a good switch would be for them to change your dudes color when you go into the 3d perspective rather than the outline. That would make it more clear what mode your in.

Jeff has very good spacial visualization abilities. Patrick...is a very good news reporter and I appreciate his Quick Looks of non-puzzle games :)

I see no jank here, this looks as polished as any other well done indie game to me; well done Digipen students.

This game looks cool, but watching Patrick play it was kind of infuriating.

Wow, that is a satisfying experience. I was stumped on the ending for quite a while. Bravo. Totally worth it though.

Haha, nope. I also was that crazy.

Every little kid imagined Sonic the Hedgehog running on the guardrails along the highway as they were zooming along, hopping onto cars that you passed. It's just normal for kids to do. There's a youtube video someone made of it too.

Can't say I did that Sonic one. My sister and I did imagine our car was eating the cars we passed on the highway as we went by, though.

Well I came to the comments to mention how it's interesting how different people cope with these kind of puzzles built around an understanding of 3D vs 2D space. However you guys seems to have covered all that already. No offense to Patrick but it was clear Jeff was getting it with each of the puzzles a lot quicker. And incredibly funny them getting the site name wrong and registering it themselves to alleviate the issue.

Hahaha Patrick's understanding of this mechanic is so bad I'm passed the point of being annoyed and now it's just funny.

Neat, Really smart observation, I hope this bleeds into more videogames, reminds me of puzzles from the ps2 era.

At first I thought this was going to be a cheap Fez rip off.. but no... not even close. Awesome game

Its hard to watch them play these kind of games. It always frustrates. It certainly not on the level of a "leave behind the flying time machine and wander around aimlessly for a whole episode" situation but frustrating none the less. I don't blame them so much as our innate need to solve things and not have control of it happening.

This game looks really neat!
