Damn I really want this!

This game apparently had about 4 different back stories and a couple different fully voiced plots, but then ran out of money and couldn't implement it due to not wanting to impose British accents on people or something? There's a story about it on Rock, Paper, Shotgun.

Also the game is only like 2 hours long, which kind of sucks. Just because I would love to see tons more.

Yeah, I went through the next two sectors last night, and both the puzzle mechanics and the visuals take a hard left turn about one minute after the place where the QL ends. I'm glad we stopped there to preserve some of the surprise. Really neat game.

I'll be sure to pick it up. I really love small puzzle games like this that rely on skill and thought process. And I quite like the sparse visual style. It kind of reminds me of Portal meets Mirror's Edge.

Shame that it's only a couple of hours though, and that it ran out of money before realizing it's true potential. Hopefully it does get the support it needs and they can make another one closer to the original idea.

I just want to play your game. I'm no developer but is it really so hard to make it available on MAC if its already on PC? Surely the pay-out of an expanded audience out weighs the cost of having to develop it to be so. Or maybe I'm still naive.

I played the demo a few days ago and really liked it.

@Dimpley: As a software developer (that has nothing to do with games sadly), let me tell you.

It is not at all easy, sadly! There are things you can do up front to make it easier on yourself, but you need to plan ahead of time to make the software compatible between the two platforms. Honestly it would likely be easier to make a Linux port from a Mac port (they are very similar deep down), than a Mac (or Linux) port from a PC port. Microsoft's OS is just so far from where Apple's is that there is not any easy way to convert between the two unless you are planning around it up front. =(

That said Mac owners should still ask for these games, if you don't ask, they won't think to make them for you next time! Also note, that on mobile devices the transitions are much easier too.

Your fault for "gaming" on a Mac and expecting titles to come out on it.

You pretty much play what you can get on there, or go Windows for the rest.
