I think this is now my favorite quick look. I couldn't stop laughing.

The game would get more players than they've ever had before if they did that. I really like the game, but not sure if I'd recommend buying it if not purely to support the developers, since the low player count probably means it's going to be dead soon, or at least be dead outside of TNT like events.

Anyone notice that the only server that had anyone playing was the demo server? Yeah... That's not a good sign.

They straight up said that in the QL. But, yeah, it's sad there's not much of a market for commercial non-mainstream multiplayer FPS games anymore. Hopefully it'll go free to play in the future, though I'm not sure how well the game would lend itself to that model. None of the non-free indie/non-mainstream multiplayer games released in the past 3-4 years have had any long term player base, maybe with the exception of Section 8: Prejudice, as they included bot support from the get go, so there isn't any of the "hang around in the lobby for 30 minutes hoping enough people will join up to start a match" that plagued Blacklight: Tango Down, Nexuiz or Gotham City Impostors.

Still, the Ravaged developers made sure that the demo servers and full version servers were compatible, which means it's unlikely it'll be entirely dead, even though paying customers don't get to experience any more of the game than demo users do.

That was the funniest QL I think I have seen, that moment with the helicopter will go down in Giant Bomb history / infamy!!

Vinny was incredible here, holy crap.  This and Sleeping Dogs... the crew should keep him behind the camera because he keeps raising the bar on everyone.

After wiping away the tears obstructing my view and unclenching my bowels to prevent me from releasing excrement all over myself while busting a gut, I decided to take a breather and recapitulate what I had just witnessed.
