Ah well. I'm interested to see how this game melds rhythm and puzzles - I'm a big fan of EBA and the like, though I never got that far down the Professor Layton hole.

I do enjoy games where it promotes attempting a french accent with the dialogue.

Napoleon never struck me as that evil.

Is this not out in NA yet? Had this game for a few months, yet to play it though.

Even the dog barks with a stereotypical french accent. They're pretty dedicated to that choice, I see.

Color me intrigued, the game looks to have a pretty cool style to it. I might need to actually nab a 3DS someday soon.

Hmm, I will probably get this. Seems up my alley, really liked the demo too.

It's been out in North America for a couple of weeks.

@Skanker: Music sounds decent. Just the little cut scene were Phamtom R does a little break dance kind of move to escape the guards. Also the guards kinda looked like the evil killers from Castle of Cagliostro

This game seems a bit awesome, A bit of Layton mixed with Rythm Heaven.

Also you were minutes away (inside Notre Dame) from one of the best & most beautiful rhythm sequences!

Right now Theaterhythm is filling my rhythm needs, but I've played the demo of this some ways back and enjoyed it so I'll probably pick it up eventually.

I know that's dumb and useless, but I'm living just by Place de la Concorde. Seeing my place on a videogame map feels weird.

Between the accordions and the architecture, I always assumed that the Layton universe was some amalgam of pre-industrial Britain and France. Guess I was wrong.

If Layton plot twists hold, the big reveal is that EVERYONE'S NAPOLEON!!1!

Might be fun but still prefer the character & charm of the Layton games over this.

I'm pretty into the phrase "Chevalier Diabolique."

Finished this game, and while it didn't quite live  up to my (unfairly high) expectations. It was still enjoyable. 
 
That ending though, yuck.

This game looks really cool. I am a sucker for pretty much anything that inserts rhythm into it's gameplay and the breakdance cutscene was pretty cool and I loved the "show's over folks". I just wish that the characters were adults. I'd be far more appealing to me if that were the case, but I get it, appeal to children and an all ages crowd instead of adults. 
 
Still, it's one of the most interesting games on the 3DS and when I eventually get one I'd like to have this game too.

Gold medal, I'm sold. Also, why does Napoleon look nothing like Napoleon? Phantom R could turn out to be as memorable a character as Prof Layton or Miles Edgeworth.
