This looks pretty cool actually. Nice little grindy game to play on the 3ds. Then again I love Harvest Moon games.

Bought this the day it came out. This game is so fun, fills the Metroid addiction well.

There is a game with a LOT of the same thing on the xbla indie game store called Miner Dig Deep I believe. If you're interested in this kind of thing that one is only $1.

Reminding me of a more controlled Terraria.

Seems a lot like Miner Dig Deepr on XBLIG. I really enjoyed that, may have to give this one a look.

I loved miner dig deeper and this seems like it would be fun but MAN are these kind of games boring to watch someone else play.

All this talk about Metriod really makes me want a new (good) Metriod game. Either a new Prime style game or old school 2d, just as long as its not that "Other" one...

Yeah, this is a genre. See also: Miner Dig Deep On Xbox Indie Marketplace or whatever it's called and an ancient (well, I'm gonna guess ca. 2006) flash game called "Motherload". This seems much more refined though.

EDIT: ALSO, X-Gen Studios, the guys behind Motherload are trying to get Super Motherload greenlit on Steam right now. Interesting timing. The game looks good too.

I played Motherload so much. Such an addictive and fun game. I saw this on the e-shop and was interested. I question the length on some of these quick looks.

Any QL with a "The Prestige" reference is fine by me.

I think the devs posted on NeoGAF that they are already making a sequel to this for the 3DS due to how many positive reviews they got. Which I can't wait for, I loved this game!

It took me 8 hours or so to finish it. But I'm typically slow with games. I think it can be finished in 6 hours if you game quickly.

Bought this game the day it came out and played it nonstop. It's a great game.

I'm also hating games that give you a key upgrade that solves a roadblock problem, then tell you to do it. Critical thinking, how does it work?

@civ2boss: I finished in 6 and I had properly done EVERYTHING. It's a little bit light on content but I absolutely love this game.

I would have loved an endless mode of some kind in addition to the story mode.
