I love the direction Alex and Vinny have taken horror games on GB since Patrick left. Even though I loved Spookin' With Scoops.

I love the look of the game, might have to check it out. Been finding out a lot of cool random indies thanks to these types of quick looks, keep it coming!

I can't tell if the ambient noise is game or Vinny and Alex recording in the middle of the office.

I know they'd mentioned the voices coming through the vent thing before, but this is the first time it was actually loud enough that I could hear on the quick look. Jeff was right, that's a great feature.

I'm not sure that I understand the business model of the Torture-To-Cleanse industry. Where does the money come from? Who is the consumer? The demographic seems really niche, so they must charge a premium for their services, but I didn't see any money exchange hands. I think this must be some kind of money laundering front for the mob or something....

It's only been in the last few years that I've heard the phrase, but apparently it's a perfectly 'valid' phrase. More than anything though, I'm sure they were actively trying to avoid saying "come in handy"...

I beat this in like 3 hours, and I gotta say, it despite the art being phenomenal, it's not a great game.

The visual style reminds me of something you might find in Barlowe's Inferno, an artist's vividly illustrated book inspired by Dante's Inferno.

Man that artwork is just crazy.

This is what that one torture scene with the main character "Bugs Bunny-ing it" reminded me of.

Also maybe my ears suck but I didn't hear any background office partying. If I did, I must have just assumed it was the guttural ambience of the game.

Fans of the stuff Patrick did should definitely check out his youtube channel. He has been doing a lot of spookin with scoops and other variety of videos.

This game looks like they saw the painting from the end of The Devil's Advocate and said why don't we make a game that looks like that.

This is a purchase for sure. Nice to see Vinny just smoking through it like that!

If that's true, I have to ask: Are the choices really a big deal or is it just filler type stuff to get you playing again?

Seems pretty cool and I'm loving the aesthetics and simplicity.

I really love the Alex/Vinny pairing. Can't wait for them to start rolling out a podcast and some premium stuff.
