I really like the Warhammer universe, so I'd love to get this game if it is at all decent.

Woo, Vinny and Brad doing some S-linking! That's cool because traditionally BV Quick Looks were a bit shit but man, these are some bang busters, if you know what I mean.

This seems to be an acceptable dual joystick shooter esc game for a downloadable game. When they announced it I had the expectation of it being baaaad but it looks fine here. Shame its console only tho.

You guys mentioned that you weren't sure where to start with 40k novels. I'd say start with the Ciaphas Cain novels, you can't go wrong with them.

This looks pretty neat.

This actually looks really enjoyable. I love the lighting effects coming from Vinny's gunfire. I'm surprised that they didn't pick up on the fact that the power-ups are ranged, so when they stay together, they both get the benefits.

No I'd suggest the first three Horus Heresy books for anyone new to 40k.

This game has a bad name. I would have assumed they were a team that killed even if didn't tell me.

If you wanna give the books a try, jump into the Horus Heresy series. It's the story of the event that shaped the entire 40k universe as it is today which makes it ideal if you want a good place to jump in. You can ignore all the other books.

I dig it, I like the shaky camera, big explosions and lighting on it.

Looks like a typical average dual stick shooter. Doesn't deserve the 40k license. It's been awhile since a good 40k action/shooter game. Space Hulk 2 was probably the last one.

Totally agree. Just got into reading 40K 4 or 5 months ago and I started with the Horus Heresy, really liking it. Im 6 books deep now =)

Looks damn nice. WIll get this when it comes out on PSN! Love Dawn of War 2, and would die for a game on PS3 with that engine. Maybe a modified DoW2, where you only use one squad, and it is more of a RPG :D

I played about an hour or so last night. Thought the game was OK, but only went through the first level about 2 times with 2 different characters.
