Freaky, the way this ends, the “thing” that dan does to become MVP, like nearly shot for shot played out the exact way for me in my personal playthrough

Any event in XCOM that forces me to agree with Dan "Guts" Ryckert is truly remarkable. Congratulations everyone!

Now do it for the vastly superior (well ok, differnt but still good) X-com 2!

edit-35% is still 35%. That's 7 out of 20 times That's 16% away from majority. No its not as big as the 65% failure rate..but its better then 1 out of 3. The timing and person taking the shot and all that really makes it stand out..but its not actually that much worst then a coin-flip situation.

You can call that all you want but Vinny is right in the end. The FIXER allowed his teammates to take the glory but both of them lacked the "guts" to commit. I can think of several ways that whole room could have gone wrong if in the end that shot didn't connect, everyone was out of efficient cover, a lot of mobs on the map.

PHEW... Lets just say Thanks GBEAST for saving Earth and for getting us rid of the Aliens.

This series was Great can't wait in a few months to review it again

Mr. Fixxer turned into Mr. Chicken at end of the sectopod battle.

I'm gonna mix this series and they all worked together more smoothly than I expected.

I'm glad the best character survived Dirt Bike

This game somehow kept reinforcing Dan's bad decisions for the entire series. You could not have written a more fitting ending to this.

The ending to this is among my favorite endings to any GB series ever.

Was kind of losing interest in the middle of the livestream, but now that I've come back to it the end was amazing. Well worth a year of time investment.

Remember when everyone hated the Dan episodes?

XCOM is an amazing game:

- On normal it magically let you off the hook.

- On hard/impossible it crashes your best dream.

(Also explains why people believe in luck in real life.)

This is the exact opposite of the three hours of preparations they made in Kerbal: Project B.E.A.S.T. only to have the ship fly by them at a million miles per hour.

Amazing ending to this series! That Dan luck man. Also Yes there were 3 Ethereals in that final room, but the Uber Ethereal was the head honcho and the one responsible for summoning the Muton Elites and other Ethereals. I also want to say the Uber has unique abilities so he's not entirely the same as the others.

Great ending to a great series. The fix is in! Seriously, this has been a great ride that I've looked forward to every Monday. Sad its over but at least Mass Alex will fill a similar role. Nice work all :)
