Exactly - he wouldn't have been hired otherwise! He was just a little cheesy during the initial content he did but that's no reason for all the hate, I think.

Kessler saying that the they didn't accomplish fun first person combat baffled me a little bit... I would actually say that few games have done better.

People talk about kicking because that is what journalists stuck to (because its easy), but really you didn't have to kick to kill dudes. In fact it probably took less time to chop off a guys head or stab them with your arrow than to position a kick into spikes. You can't blame the devs for playing the game in a boring fashion.

I really don't like the quality of the HD form of this video. There's weird jittering that's bugging the crap out of me. I don't know if it's the game or if it's your capture stuff but i really hope you guys fix this.

It's pretty pathetic that you think everyone is as narrow minded as you are. I like Kessler, but there's plenty of reasons someone might not like him. It's the same as everyone else. But I guess errybody is so jeluz

I cracked up around 42:00 when Dave is all "hey let's join the Sweden room. there are a lot of Swiss giantbomb fans"

I would like to see someone else at Giant Bomb play a multiplayer game with similar high stakes to what Kessler had.

Can someone tell me what the stakes were? I don't have time to watch this whole video any time soon :(

I like Kessler, but he does look as if he's put on a ton of weight since we've first seen him. It's certainly none of my business, and he can eat however he pleases, but that doesn't mean I won't worry.

Also the concept of FEAR GAUNTLET was great, but in execution they were just trying waaaaaaaay to hard to be funny. Every little thing had to be a joke. It was quite a let down.

Are you two preteen girls by any chance? I mean really, this is the type of logic I'd expect from a 12 year old girl with a Justin Bieber poster on her wall. "U only dislike his music cuz ur jeluz!" Maybe, just maybe, some people dislike Kessler due to his personality? Not every one loves or hates the same people. Crazy concept, I know.

Personally, I was never a big fan, especially when he first started. With that said, he's definitely come on leaps and bounds over the last year or so.
