Joking aside, it's not surprising that Dan doesn't have an idea of what kids like or know about. Someone in his late 30s who doesn't have kids of his own isn't the type of person to know that. But it's obnoxious to claim that kids don't something when someone with kids is literally telling you what kids know. This would be just like someone who doesn't watch wrestling asking if anyone really knows who John Cena is. Just because you're not in a community doesn't mean that that community doesn't exist.

I gotta say, as a middle-aged person with a house chock full of Nintendo merch who wears video game graphic tees nearly every single day and is staring at a wall of amiibo right now, I really, really don't get Disney adults. Like, I get feeling a certain way about stuff, but I don't get how people can feel a certain way about Disney stuff. (And in this case, I'm not thinking of Marvel or Star Wars as "Disney stuff.")

P.S. Dan is the Man, Disney is lame as a whole with a few good properties. At least Disney is chill enough at the moment to not have their own stupid PC application and just advertise by saying "hey, go get it on Steam" seeing as how I already have Rockstar, EA Origin, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net, GOG, Steam and Xbox Gamepass just to be able to access all the digital games I own.

Do they not record locally anymore? Seems like the video quality of a lot of what they've put up lately has been quite bad. And the audio being muted for like 10 minutes of this is something else.

I can't remember what podcast or show (I think it was the dump truck,) but Dan realizing how he's basically becoming Paul Ryckert was the funniest thing and every show he's on he just continues to reinforce that more and more (but with more yelling)
