Overview
This is a
Silent Hill: Homecoming creature that combines two mutilated bodies, one of a man and the other of a woman. On the back of the Siam is the female side while the male counterpart serves as the front. The heads are fused as one. Both faces lack eyes and are wrapped in leather strips. The female's arms and sharp nailed hands dangle in front of the male's face, but his are incredibly large, very much in resemblance to the
Closer from
Silent Hill 3 and the
Mandarins from
Silent Hill 2. These monsters are quick and destructive. They don't show up quite as frequently as most of the other common enemies in the game do, and when it shows up it is usually shown in an introductory short cutscene. Their posture and movements are similar to the
Missionary of Silent Hill 3.
The monster represents
Adam and
Lillian Shepherd, with the female (Lillian feeling helpless to stop her husband sacrificing her son) dragged along by the male (Adam). The 'Siam' may also reference 'Siamese', a reference to the pairs of children represented in the game by
Elle and Nora,
Alex and
Joshua & Joey and
Scarlet.
