    Can anyone tell me if there is hot seat multiplayer in this game? it was a cool old school edition to Civ 4, and i personally feel it plays better than online if you can have people in the same room as you.

    Surely they'd be crazy not to include it. It's almost a staple of the turn based 4X genre. I miss hot seat Civ I and steamrolling my brother with my chariots (GO GHENGIS KAHN!).

    oh man thats a shame, at least they plan on adding it with a free update. Hopefully they add play by email too! haha
