Overview

Silent Hill: Book of Memories is an upcoming Silent Hill game for the PlayStation Vita developed by WayForward Technologies. The game's story is all-new, with a lead character that is completely customizable to the player's liking in the beginning of the game.

Story

At the beginning of the game, the protagonist receives a strange book. When opened, it depicts all of the protagonist's memories. The player can change what is written on those pages, and in doing so, can alter reality. The story and gameplay explore this premise and its ramifications.

Gameplay

The gameplay in Book of Memories is a departure from the rest of the Silent Hill series; the game features an overhead perspective and co-operative play. The player will encounter various returning enemy types and locations similar to those seen in past Silent Hill titles.
