Lol, that's funny when he realizes he was being taped. By the looks of it, I'd guess and say they are not deployed because I see wall lockers and such in the background and it does look like a nice living area. With that being said, some soldiers have nice living quarters on deployments, they could possibly be on a peace mission somewhere with a nice barracks- ya never know. But then again, as messy as that area is - maybe they are. Their NCO really needs to get on them to clean that room up, it's horrible looking. :x
