I was really looking forward to this film, it seemed like the first genuinely scary ghost film to be released, in a long time. Now, after watching Paranormal Activity, I feel a huge sense of disappointment. I would go in to a review, but I'd like to collect my thoughts, did anyone else feel like this?

Well, after finishing the game a couple of days ago, and playing a tonne of the multiplayer, my Brutal Legend Review is finally up. For those who do read it, I hope you enjoy it, and any criticisms and praise are always welcome.

P.S.
For those who are wondering where my Resident Evil 5 review is, I'm still considering whether I should review the game or not. Strangely, I'm finding it very difficult to form an opinion on it. I will let you know if and when I do decide to write one at all.

And so, we toast to another glorious year of the reign of Hobo. (Otherwise known as Sam.)
CHEERS!

For those that are interested in my exact age, it's 15 now. It turned midnight here in England just a few minutes ago, the date is October 21st.

Hey guys, just thought I'd bring you a quick update on the games I'm hoping to review sometime soon!

  • Resident Evil 5 - I've been playing the game for almost a week now, and the review should be up fairly soon. (Around Tuesday Evening, hopefully.)
  • Brutal Legend - The game's waiting downstairs for me to open it, I'll be able to crack it open on Wednesday! Coienciding with my birthday.
  • Borderlands and Dragon Age (Maybe.) - My dad has shown some interest in these two titles, I'm not sure whether he's actually planning on purchasing them yet, but we'll just have to wait and see. Personally, I'd love to play Dragon Age as I've always been a long time fan of BioWare's medieval RPGs.
  • Modern Warfare 2 - It's been pre-ordered and I should have the game on November 9th!

That's all folks!

I've been playing Gears of War with my friend, Mr Awsum. Whilst playing, we've discussed about recording our sessions and posting them on the net. Could anyone recommend a good direct feed recording piece of kit.

Edit: We're looking for console recording equipment.

Brutal Legend is clever, funny, and seriously badass. (X360)
Headbangers unite! Grab your battle axe and guitar and prepare for some serious, face melting rockin'!   The very moment you insert Brutal Legend into your console, you'll notice that Brutal Legend is pretty clever in both its design and writing. After a humorous opening from Jack Black, we are presented ...

An enjoyable, short experience. (X360)
Halo 3: ODST started as an expansion pack to the original mega-selling Halo 3. However as development in the game grew, Bungie decided to make it more than just an expansion and the result was Halo 3: ODST. The game takes place during the ending events of Halo 2 and ...

You'd be insane not to enroll at Arkham Asylum. (PC)
NOTE: I used an Xbox 360 pad to play Batman: Arkham Asylum. There have been many Batman games over the past few years which have tried to capture the esscence of the comic book hero, but none have captured it quite like Arkham Asylum, not by a long stretch. Make no ...

Feeling strangely liberated since I quit using QuickSilver. Plugins didn't work worth spit in Snow Leopard anyway. Spotlight for life?
