    Overview

    Snuffles is a domesticated Mole Rat residing in the mining town of Sloan. Snuffles was once used to help the miners dig their tunnels and other various mining activities. When the Deathclaws took over Quarry Junction and forced out the miners, Snuffles was also forced out. Snuffles helps keep the morale of the mine workers up, according to Chomps Lewis.

    Snuffles suffered a leg injury at the claws of a baby Deathclaw. None of the residents of Sloan are able to help out Snuffles. When the Courier arrives at Sloan, Snuffles' leg can be healed with a medicine skill check of 30 or more.
