(Sonic the Hedgehog 2) and Polygames/Sega Technical Institute (Sonic Spinball) and was published by Sega Europe for Game Gear.The game features two full Sonic the Hedgehog games on a single cartridge. Unlike other similar 2 in 1 packs, Sonic 2 in 1 does not have a menu to choose games.
