Play as Sonic or Tails to chase down Doctor Robotnik/Eggman once again. This time Sonic must also face a new enemy, Knuckles the Echidna.
SegaSonic Cosmo Fighter is a Sonic the Hedgehog arcade game released only in Japan. Sonic the hedgehog fights enemies in space from a top-down perspective, while trying to save his friends and stopping Dr. Eggman.

Originally designed for the Sega Genesis, then the 32x, and finally the Saturn, Sonic X-treme was meant to be the first fully realized 3D Sonic title. It was eventually cancelled in 1997 after spending a year in development hell.
