This is a Source based user created mod, which means you can download and play it for free if you own pretty much any other Source game on Steam (you should be able to download Source SDK Base and Base - Orange Box under the tools tab, which is what most all such mods require).

It's an old school fast paced team deathmatch FPS affair with a few twists. It's highly polished with almost 100% brand new content, from the many levels, to the weapons, power ups, and wacky character models (robots versus dinosaurs!). The main mode is, of course, Jailbreak. When team members die, they're transported to a cell, of sorts. The remaining members have the chance to resque them, while they can also attempt to escape on their own through dangerous routes that test their skill. If they don't manage, and the whole team dies ending up in the cell, they're executed in spectacular fashion and the other team wins the round. The end. There are other modes of play like Deathball and King of the Hill.

If old school FPS action doesn't mean much to you (ie, you're new at this), well, if you like Team Fortress 2, this is probably up your alley.

If you own any Source games on Steam, open Steam, go to the full view (not just the small games list), go to the tools tab, install Source SDK Base - Orange Box and Source SDK Base. With those you can play pretty much any modification. Download the Jailbreak! exe client installer if you don't know how to unpack/move files very well and have it install to wherever your Steam\steamapps\SourceMods path is. Restart steam after that's done and it will show in the installed games list like any other Steam game you have does. Launch it and play like you do any Source online game.
