Based on a movie released in the same year. Its about a girl from another planet, Eiko, visiting Earth as a tourist. When leaving, she receives a "transformation bracelet" from her father, which allows her to change into a more powerful form whenever she is in danger. On Earth, she meets a boy named Kou, who gets abducted and taken to the island of Nanhai, the headquarters of the Tsukenerawa organization of evil. Eiko rescues him and stops Colonel Arashiyama's plans for world domination.
