SF3 OE you unlock "DLC" when you beat arcade mode (colors)

I just noticed after beating the game on normal with Akuma I have the "Second Impact color Dlc pack" unlocked in the dlc menu. So I guess at some point they will be selling color packs for this game.

I don't get it. So, is this an either/or situation where you have the choice of unlocking it through gameplay OR by paying for it. Or is it saying you "unlocked" it but can't access it without paying extra? I don't see a problem with allowing people to have the option to take a shortcut and pay to unlock colors. It's not like different colors make you any stronger.

I unlocked it and can now use it. Plus I never said there was anything wrong with it, I just haven't seen anyone say anything about it so I thought I would throw it out there. It was weird the game didn't even let me know I had unlocked it, I sort of just stumbled onto it.

also atm you can't buy the colors that's why I thought it was weird it was under the DLC menu.

Wasn't it like this in the other versions of 3rd Strike? (Dreamcast and Anniversary Collection).

@Rufi91: Bro, you can unlock everything by beating the game. The DLC is just shortcuts if you don't want to do it.
