So SDCC's SFV panel has revealed that the flashy fighter is IN! The tweet contains 30 seconds of gameplay that looks pretty damn flashy. Not to mention he's been redesigned pretty heavily. His V-skill seems to be a dash type move but it's pretty obvious that his V-Trigger is just a straight up FADC, and I don't really know how to feel about that... What do you guys think??

The end of the reveal also showed a blurb of the next character and he's honestly hard to make out. Maybe Blanka? Akuma? MAYBE Urien? Not sure.

Saw Alex and Urien are supposed to be confirmed as well. Kens move set looks pretty good. Not caring for that black outfit, his hair or face.. Yeesh! Too effeminate.

Shin DeeJay or Combofiend found a way to put Rad Spencer into SFV.

I think facially he looks ugly as sin. However, his flow and fighting style looks to be a huge improvement over his SF4 self. So much so that I would use him in beta over the rest of the cast if he's in there, but I think they already confirmed it's only up to Cammie and Birdie in the beta on July 23rd.

Outfit's ugly but he looks fun to play.

Whoever is in charge of designing new outfits for Street Fighter characters since 4 has done a terrible job.

I'd rather they did something radical like kill him off at the hands of Ryu over some misunderstanding about whose turn it was to pay the gas bill.

Not the most exciting announcement, but he looks cool as fuck.

I'm digging the redesign. I like the idea of him having a top knot, but I think they need to work on the execution. Hair looks too much like play-doh atm.

Not loving that haircut of his, but he looks pretty fun to play! Lots of fire kicks.

I didn't play much but that seems like a lot of his omega moves.

It's good to see them adding in more obscure fighters like Ken to the roster

Why does Capcom continue to be bad at Ken's hair? It's simple, they perfected it in Alpha 2, just do that. They attempted that style with the bro-tank alternate costume in SF4 but it's not quite right and I don't know what they are doing with SFV. I don't know why I care about something so trivial, but I do.

At first I wasn't a fan of the character redesign (too much SNK), but after the trailer I am really digging that he seems to fight differently than other shotokan characters.
