    Not sure when the soundtrack is coming out but I'd say after November 7th based on the following info.  You can download 2 tracks now and submit remixes to the composer to have them considered for addition to the soundtrack.  Deadline on that is November 7th.

    All I know is that this soundtrack is so rad, 3 songs will be on Rock Band 3 early next year.
