    So I posted my friends code to the "official" forum and added a couple of them but I have not had any luck with that.
     
    They didn't add me, nobody added me, it was pretty useless.
     
    So I decided to have another one! Yes it is very selfish but I really wanna try this game online!!

    @nohthink: You found your friend code, so you're partway there. Go to your friends list and tap on "Register Friend". Tap "Internet". Enter a friend code. If that person has already added you, they'll be added to your friends list and you'll be able to see their Mii, be notified when they're online, etc. If they haven't added you yet, you'll be asked to enter a name for them and they will be "provisionally registered".

    @LordAndrew: oh okay so both sides need to have each other's friend's code... That's... inconvenient... Now I understand why people complain about it.
