I've been to Denjin Arcade, but it's way fuckin far away.

You know, there is something I learned about playing Street Fighter. You have to be willing to travel. I say just suck it up and travel. Arcade Infinity is closer than Denjin but its still about 45 min.

I played at Arcade Infinity when I went to LA for some school competitions. It was pretty alright.

The Bay is fucking set. UC Davis might have one too as they have a Taito Type X2 unit with SFIV in there.

Family Fun, Vid 94, and Round 1 all have AE and are closer than Denjin would be to you

I love SF but I'm not gonna drive down to Davis to play like half an hour a day >_>  I'll just wait till SJSU's Student Union gets SSF IV AE.
 
As for LA, I've only been to Denjin but it was a pretty awesome arcade.

Being link machines (one player per machine), Sunnyvale Golfland has one only while Milpitas has 2 so it's head to head based. 
 
Saturday at Milpitas Golfland will have a tournament over there.
