Play2Compete are proud to announce an XBOX 360 Super Street Fighter 4 Tournament.

This tournament will be a straight knockout with 3 round matches.
 
 We do have a twist though.. the same character cannot be used by the participant so if you use Ryu for the first match you cannot use him for match 2 or 3.  
 
First match is made up of 3  games.  3 games are made up of 3 rounds each.   For the three games you have to choose a different character .

If 3rd match is a draw another match will decide the winner.

Time limit will be 99 seconds.

Tournament starts on the 1st of June.

Due to the prizes this is an EU only event.

Good luck with your tournament!  You need to be more clear on the rules, especially the "one use of character" rule.  
 
Make sure you're VERY clear on rules, how to deal with disconnection, lag, and timeliness.  You probably need a *much* longer list of rules and conditions, to help avoid temper tantrums.  With prizes up for grabs, don't be surprised if people are trying to squeeze every loophole they can, and they'll be vocal about it.  ;)

Can't use the same character? Well, I am fucked.

Amended the first post. Basically when you play an oppononet the match is made up of 3 games with each game consisting of 3 rounds. Best of 3 games wins. You cannot select the same character for each game. Meaning you should have to fight each knockout stage with 3 seperate fighters.

I've heard of people enforcing anti-counterpick rules, but people restricting the one character Japanese style? Now that is just ridiculous. 
 
Unless there were free tacos, then I think it's a great idea. Also, your rules are not nearly detailed and clear enough. Three rounds could mean one of two things. Best 2/3 rounds, or best 3/5 rounds. Same with each match, the typical notation for total number of individual matches would be 2/3 or 3/5, or maybe even 4/7 if you're insane. 
 
edit: I just noticed that you're just pimping another websites tournament on giantbomb, not so cool bruh. It's one thing pimping offline at-location tournaments, but I don't think I'm going to allow this thread.
