    I fought a couple of people today who had SF4 logos as their region.  Does that just mean that Capcom just didn't include their flag, or does that have some other meaning?

    This.  Since they don't have their own flag, they get the logo flag.

    @gosukiller: Mexico HAS a flag, it's just that it wasn't included in the game. All countries have flags.

    Well well, as a mexican I would like to get back into the game to kick your asses like I used to do   XD 
    However you would see another flag 'cuz I'm not in mexico anymore, because some americans keep consuming drugs and drugs dealers keep killing inocent people in mex. 
    I'm kind of glad I'm out of there.
