Sounds like it could make for a decent multiplayer mode.

Sounds like it has some potential although the mechanics are surprisingly involved compared to Uncharted. I look forward to trying it out even though the UC multiplayer had one of the most annoying communities I ever played with on PS3.

Sounds like any other survival wave mode but I'll wait to pass judgement until I see it in action.

After all this might be the Citizen Kane of horde modes.

It looks like a pretty cool multiplayer mode.

Seems alright but probably i'll play this as much as Uncharted's MP (0 times).

It certainly sounds interesting and I'll be sure to give it a shot. Hearing that it's not just derivative of Uncharted's multiplayer is at least welcome, which itself was basically like a third-person Call of Duty. The limited lives you have in The Last of Us definitely brings it a little closer to classic Gears of War MP judging from first-impressions.

I admit that my version of the wording for the last two lines is different, but the syllables actually work with the melody when I sing it myyyyy waaaaaaaaay.

@starvinggamer: Sadly I don't remember childhood Chrono Trigger as emulator Chrono Trigger has taken its place; who can say what the original Japanese actually said!?

The Last of Us just posted video of the multiplayer on their facebook page...EN ESPANOL.

That all looks pretty great actually. I especially like that the insanely brutal and extremely heavy feel to everything carries over into the multiplayer. Looks like it could involve a lot of really tense hide & seek sorta matches too.

Yeah this all actually sounds cool. I really liked what Naughty Dog did with MP in Uncharted 2+3 so I'm sure this will end up being good.

So is this pre-order dlc only?

I like the look of it more than I was expecting. It looks to have a slightly less hectic flow to it which is something I always enjoy.

There is no survival mode. The MP is only humans vs humans, too. No player or AI infected/clickers/whatevs

That actually sounds like it might limit the lifespan of the MP. Like I said, wait and see. From the screens and description alone it just doesn't sound all that interesting.
