No, he doesn't. That wouldn't make any sense, since Ganondorf doing that would kill the second half of the game. Impa takes Zelda away specifically to protect her from Ganondorf (even if she could have saved a shitload of time by just telling Link not to pick up the goddamn Master Sword).

When I thought about Majora's Mask, I thought Link was looking for the Skull kid because everyone in Termino are different counterparts to the people of Hyrule in Ocarina of Time. The Skull kid mentions at the end of the game where he notices that the scent of Link is familiar to the boy in the woods. (If I remember correctly)

UGH ALL OF MY HATE!

At the end of OoT, Zelda sends Link back in time to warn her young self of what Ganondorf is planning and to be a child again. After he warns her, he goes his separate way. Why the hell would he be searching for Zelda? He just left her.
