I took your survey. Some of the questions I wasn't sure whether it was still talking about singleplayer experience, and with others I didn't know whether it was talking about my playstyle or what. But still, I hope this helps.

Also, I took a look at your courses. Oh man, ISO/OSI. That brings back memories. Otherwise, not a bad website. Not my favourite design, but it's clean and it works.

Your survey seems to misunderstand something very fundamental about role-playing games.

They are meant to play a role. I can choose to be a goody-two shoes magician or a sneaky thief who steals everything that isn't nailed down. It's playing a role. What I'm saying here is that it all depends - something as complex as player motivations cannot be sufficiently answered in a multiple choice questionnaire.
