    Timur is Bulgarin's right hand man and is featured in four of the games missions: "Boulivard Baby," "Going Deep," "Dropping In..." and "Departure Time."

    In three of these missions, he is working with Luis Lopez. On the fourth however, he becomes an enemy and tries to have Luis killed before attempting to run away.
